Too Fragile

Updated: Jan 10

The ferocity of mankind starts a river that consumes the breeze, eroding it.

Water digs a path for my toes that are running naked following your flames.

I am suddenly swallowed in a fault of two diverging plates, they go far, far away.

Starts an earthquake that destroys it all, ripping my stomach, heart, and soul.

My broken spirit wanders in the lithosphere to reach the center of this Earth,

I need some solid steel to build the stability that has been lost, who am I today?

I become a solid being once again, I melt in the mantle, if I'll be lucky I'll crystallize.

I am a rock, I started accumulating elements as the ancient stars keep on exploding.

I'll be sleeping here inside for restless nights made of inorganic matter, as they say.

I have raised the day that the Kingdom of beings made of bright colours was made.

After the seeds of life, I started making love with insects that freely fly stepping by.

I am a wild flower made of thin paper, sadly my petals got wet in this rain of tears.

An archaic white magnolia that is going soon to be extinct, but how, what happened?

I stood quite on my tree, my mother, my being, as much as I could, with the gentle wind.

Until a day that my petals fell on the soil of aging, I saw it coming, it was the end of time.

I was eaten by violent reptiles with feathers, weird birds with jaws and filthy sneaky warms.

My cycle of life ended a night without stars, alpha and omega shines, its shadows and lights.

Too fragile to survive the pain, too fragile to stay here even for just one more day.
